General Terms and Conditions

Holiday Apartment FEWO GROHLZ

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at the holiday apartment FEWO GROHLZ, as well as to all services provided by the host.

Only these terms apply. Any different terms from the guest apply only if agreed in writing in advance.

The apartment may only be used for holiday accommodation. Subletting or using the apartment for other purposes requires written permission from the host.

Booking and Confirmation

Booking requests can be made via the booking system, by email at info@fewo-grohlz.de , or by phone.

If the apartment is available for your requested dates, you will receive a written booking confirmation.

Your booking becomes legally binding once you receive the booking confirmation or once payment has been made.

Payment Terms

100% of the total price must be paid to confirm the booking. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required immediately.

In exceptional cases, payment in cash on arrival may be accepted by prior agreement.

The minimum stay is 2 nights. One-night stays may be possible depending on the season and may include a surcharge.

Late payments may incur statutory interest and a reminder fee of EUR 15 per reminder.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 2:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Guests are asked to inform the host of their expected arrival time 1–2 days before arrival.

The door PIN code will be sent by email 24 hours before arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM unless agreed otherwise. The apartment must be left swept clean, dishes washed and put away, the fridge emptied, and used towels and bed linen placed on the bathroom floor.

Late check-out requires prior agreement. Late departures may result in additional charges.

Apartment Condition and Damage

The apartment is handed over clean and fully equipped. Any defects or damage must be reported immediately.

Guests are responsible for damage to the apartment, furnishings, broken items, and lost keys.

Furniture must not be rearranged. Guests are responsible for the behavior of accompanying persons.

Misuse of the apartment, non-payment, overcrowding, or disturbing other guests may result in immediate termination without refund.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

If pets are brought without permission, the booking may be cancelled and a cleaning and disinfection fee of EUR 250 may be charged.

Occupancy Rules

Only the guests listed in the booking are permitted to stay in the apartment.

Subletting or transferring the booking to third parties is not allowed.

By making payment, guests accept these General Terms and Conditions as well as the house rules of FEWO GROHLZ.

Cancellation by the Guest

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Cancellation by the Host

If cancellation becomes necessary due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, all payments made will be refunded. Further compensation is excluded.

The host may terminate the stay without notice in case of serious breaches of these terms.

Liability

The host is responsible for providing the apartment with reasonable care. Liability for power outages, water interruptions, internet issues, or force majeure events is excluded.

Wi‑Fi Use

Wi‑Fi is provided for guest use. Availability and speed are not guaranteed.

Login details must not be shared with third parties. Misuse may result in restricted access.

Written Form

There are no verbal agreements. These terms are accepted upon payment.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the location of the host.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
